REFUND POLICY

At PDFHouse, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. 
Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales 
are generally considered final. However, we believe in fair treatment 
and stand behind the value of our guides.

7-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you genuinely feel the guide did not provide value to you, you may 
request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing us at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief reason for your refund request

We review every request personally and respond within 2 business days.

WHEN REFUNDS ARE GRANTED

We honor refund requests in good faith, particularly when:
- The product was not as described
- You experienced a technical issue downloading the file
- The content did not meet reasonable expectations based on the 
  product description

WHEN REFUNDS MAY BE DECLINED

Because digital products cannot be "returned," we reserve the right to 
decline refund requests in cases such as:
- Requests made after 7 days from purchase
- Repeated refund requests from the same customer
- Evidence of content being copied, shared, or redistributed
- Refund requests where the customer has clearly used or downloaded the 
  product extensively before requesting

CHARGEBACKS

We kindly ask that you contact us first before initiating a chargeback 
through your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved 
directly and quickly through email.
